Shipping & Refund Policy
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after the payment is confirmed.
- For local deliveries, our default shipping partner is Poslaju and J&T Express.
- Estimated time arrival (ETA) for Ready Stock items takes 1-5 business days for West Malaysia. Please be advised postage may take longer during public holidays or online shopping events due to parcel congestion at the post office.
- Quick Pre-Order items takes 1-5 business days in preparation time and an additional 1-5 business days for ETA. Please click here or contact us for more info on delivery for Quick Pre-Order items.
- Orders are shipped out from Sunday to Thursday excluding Malaysia Public Holiday. Ship out time might be affected during MCO due to reduced post office operation time.
- Tracking number will be sent to your email on the day your order is shipped out.
- If you have not received your parcel within the specified time, please let us know and we will assist you with tracking your parcel.
- We currently offer international delivery to Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei only.
- Delivery courier and rates for your order are calculated during checkout.
Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
- Please check the item details and description carefully before placing any orders and contact us if you need more information. Once payment has been made, no exchange or refund is allowed except if the item is out of stock.
- If the product is unavailable to ship, we will contact you for refund or you may exchange to another product.
- Our procedure is to properly inspect all the items before we pack for delivery. This is to ensure that all items are in good condition.
- Please check the item immediately once received. Any problems must be mentioned to us within 24 hours. Complaints will not be entertained after 24 hours or if the item is used.
- We accept returns for defective units due to our mishandling. Returned items must be in unworn condition with original tags attached, the same condition that you received it.
- Please properly pack the returned item safely and securely to avoid damage during delivery. Return delivery must be made within 3 days from the days of complaint.
- Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Full refund will be made payable to your account within 7 business days.
