    • We only sell genuine products and we provide a money-back guarantee for your peace of mind.
  4. How to confirm your products are original?

    • You can bring your products bought from us to any authorized stores or retail to compare the quality side by side. For example if you want to check if your Coach handbag is original, you can take that handbag to any Coach Boutique to confirm the authenticity yourself.

  5. Do you have warranty for watches?

    • As all of our products are original, our watches are covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. Original box and warranty booklet are included.
    • For example, Fossil watches will receive 2 years international warranty.
  6. Do you deliver every day?

    • Due to MCO, our postage schedule has been updated. We have postage every Sunday to Thursday excluding public holidays. We usually send out your order for ready stock items on the next business day after your payment. Please contact us for any urgent orders.
  7. Where do you deliver?

    • Our local delivery service area covers West and East Malaysia. We currently offer international delivery to Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia.
  8. Which delivery service do you use?

    • We use PosLaju and J&T Express for deliveries within Malaysia. For international orders, we use J&T Express and Aramex.
  9. How much is the delivery charge?

    • As our current promotion, we offer FREE delivery for orders above RM100 within Peninsular Malaysia. For East Malaysia and international orders, shipping fees will be calculated during checkout.

    • Most of our products on this website are ready stock. If you are able to Add to Cart and Checkout then the products are available.
    • If you have something that you like, we advise you not to wait too long as the quantity of our products are limited. Once sold out, the products may not be restocked.
